Catering
The Scale Catering is Vermont’s premier poke bowl and acai bowl catering option. Tell our catering team about your upcoming meeting, event or party and we’ll help you plan the perfect catering options for your group. From 10-300 for lunch or dinner, we can help with any sized group. Our unique customizable menu is perfect for accommodating dietary restrictions such as gluten free, vegan, vegetarian and dairy free. Our catering menu features house made sauces, local produce, wild caught fish and local meats.
Please allow 24 hours notice for catering orders. Minimum of 10 people per order. Pricing available upon request.
Poke on the Go
Our Poke on the Go is perfect for when you need to feed your group quickly. Our pre-made signature bowls make the perfect grab and go option. Each bowl comes on your choice of white rice or mixed greens and comes labeled by type or with individual names.
Upgrade with avocado, seaweed salad, tobiko or bagged chips for an additional price per person
Firecracker Bowl- spicy tuna, cucumber, sriracha aioli, crunchy onions, scallions, sesame seeds, togarashi

Acai Bowl Buffet
Our acai bowl buffet is the perfect option for a healthy sweet treat. It makes the perfect brunch addition, dessert or afternoon meeting break. Our acai buffet includes individually portioned frozen Sambazon Açaí puree served with gluten free granola, a variety of fruits, toppings and raw honey.
The Big Kahuna
Don’t bring boring old chips and dip to your next party! Pick The Big Kahuna, a large shareable poke platter that includes 8-10 appetizer sized portions. Our platter includes tuna, salmon, firecracker tuna, firecracker salmon and wild shrimp with a variety of toppings served over white rice. Upgrade with extra poke, avocado, seaweed salad or tobiko.
Mini Poke Bowls
Our mini bowls are the perfect snack break or appetizer. Choose any of our signature bowls to be made into a cute mini bowl served over white rice. Minimum of 10 per order.
